Sally was the last painting I created before the exhibition. Flowing with soft, cooler hues–blue grey, olive, teal and purple—she has a calm feeling. Sally is a free, minimal style, which can be easily lost as I develop the work. Every now and then, I get to this stage and think ‘done’.
